TERMS OF SERVICE
This Coaching Agreement is entered into
by and between Carolyn Williams S-Corp
located in Bowling Green, KY, and Coaching
Clients.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 The client indicates that they
agree to the Terms and Conditions when
they willingly schedule and begin coaching
services.
COACHING ARRANGEMENT: In exchange
for the fee charged by Carolyn Williams
S-Corp, Carolyn Williams will provide
financial coaching support services
designed to empower individuals to change
their money behaviors and build healthy
financial habits.
SERVICES: Coach acknowledges the
services provided are limited to personal
finance. Coach’s services shall not
constitute legal, accounting, tax, or other
professional advice. Coach will not engage
in rendering professional advice to clients
and will not market to or otherwise solicit the
sale of any product, investment, or other
services.
TRAINING: Carolyn Williams, Ramsey
Solutions Master Financial Coach, has
attended and completed Ramsey Solutions
Financial Coach Master Training.
DISCLAIMER: Completion of Ramsey
Solutions Financial Coach Master Training
does not create an employment or agency
relationship with Ramsey Solutions or its
affiliates; it does not constitute a license or
credentials to engage in legal, tax,
accounting, investment, or other
professional services; nor does it constitute
an endorsement or recommendation of the
coach by Dave Ramsey.

MATERIALS: Coach will utilize methods
and materials consistent with Ramsey’s
principals and training in coaching sessions.
Coach affirms that Ramsey’s personal
finance philosophies are faith-based and
biblically based teachings. Clients agree to
coaching sessions based on the financial
principals, philosophies, and teachings of
Dave Ramsey.
Coach encourages clients to augment their
coaching by utilizing the free tools and
wealth of information found on the Dave
Ramsey - Official Site.
TERM: This Agreement shall be for a term
of one (1) year, which shall automatically
renew unless either party provides notice of
at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of
the term. Carolyn Williams S-Corp or the
Client may terminate this Agreement at any
time for any reason upon thirty (30) days
written notice. Email, text or USPS all
qualify as written notice.
CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY: Coach
acknowledges that clients may disclose
confidential business or personal
information as well as self-identifying
information that must remain confidential.
Accordingly, Coach agrees to keep all such
information confidential and to take
commercially reasonable steps to protect
such information from disclosure to third
parties.
WARRANTIES: Coach warrants that:
Coach’s services will be in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Carolyn
Williams S-Corp shall not be liable for
incidental or consequential damages. The
full extent of any liability Carolyn Williams
S-Corp may have to clients under any
circumstance shall not exceed the sums
paid by clients under this agreement.
